Ummmm....what lies? Policy posted and adhered to unless an exception is made. I guess no policies would make you happier, but we know that won't be happening at CTC or any other retailer for that matter. Dollars for doughnuts, you'd be pissed at any retailer that adhered to a policy you didn't like.

She agrees that you're nothing more than a"moron" who's more suited to the 1950's where men didn't have to think that hard, and women, in supporting roles did all the analytical heavy lifting. Further still, she points to current statistics where more women are graduating with advanced degrees in a lopsided fashion and leaving traditional roles at the home and lesser services such as RETAIL . She also points to statistics which reveal an increasing number of men are staying home and raising her kids due to her BIGGER SALARY!!!!!!!!!!!.

I find it hard to believe that any "Professor" could take one sentence, drive it out of context and conclude that i'm a sexist still living in the 50's LOL I would wager a guess that anyone who spent as many years educating themselves and others as a University Professor would make a judgement based on one sentence. As far as the Statistics go, I have no idea what the relevance to any of this is. yes we are all aware of the statistics and trends. There are more women CEO's, executives and Sr. Managers each year. Our board of Directors has women on it, that's great. My accountant in house is female. Office Manager, female. Store Manager, female. I have a girl on my auto parts desk. I have a 25 year old girl running my warehouse. They do their jobs and do it well, that's why they are there. I don't care if they were male, female or transgendered, do the job you're paid to do, and all is well! It's no more complex then that.
My wife has two University Degrees to my one. She will likely never follow into the fields of work she studied, as she is an integral part of our company and this is more wealth then we could ever have hoped for. When I was a Service Manager in another City and Province, the family across the street had a stay at home Dad. His wife was an accountant for a big company, and supported the family on her own. None of this stuff is foreign to me. YOu're not lecturing some teenager
Well, obviously those investigators and tribunals and whatnot don't know what they are talking about.
Because we have it on good authority, from CT Me and LawGuy, for instance, that the crack team of lawyers up at CTC HQ are all over this 'privacy' stuff.
Absolutely, those guys are very versed in all the privacy laws and such, so the owner/dealers can be very confident that the original policy about swiping in driver's license number was A-Ok and there was never any reason to change it.
In fact, I'm surprised that the CT Legal Team hasn't launched an aggressive legal appeal process, to get this travesty of justice reversed.
But maybe it's a tad complicated, and 6 years isn't quite enough time for them to get their ducks all in a row.
