Okay, we can logically assume something selling at $20 versus same type item at $89 will not stand up to the same quality test. Now I ask..."why even bother selling that cheap Chinese knock-off crap when you are damaging your company reputation (such as it is???), and competing against your own better brand , whch I believe is made here in Canada, and gives Canadians work????" Maybe company policy should be reviewed on the Jobmate tools to the degree that either CTC demands higher quality from the Chinese manufacturer, or stop selling the goods that are more prone to defect, such as power tools, and just put out the manual tools under that Jobmate brand. I equate the Jobmate brand to junk that you can buy at your local Dollar store, and you can then expect early failure, and likely get it cheaper at the Dollar store. I really don't like to see it sold at my CTC store, so why do it???? Sometimes you need to consider protecting the consumer (your purchasers) from themselves as corporate responsibility... that's what it should all be about!!!
