WildHorse:
Keep in mind the definition of Internet Troll:
"In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a forum, chat room, or blog), either accidentally or with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion."
See, the CTers are just trying to get you 'upset' and 'provoke an emotional response' - and you are letting it work on you!
The best approach is to refrain from 'feeding' the CT Troll, by not responding directly to them.
But, if they are posting mis-information to mislead consumers, it's alway a good opportunity to lay out the facts, one more time.
(Besides, they are just having a little tantrum, because we are telling Canadians about the terrible practices at the Red Triangle of Crap stores, and tracking a small fraction of the people who boycott them!)
