Except for all that math.....that's the tough one. Millions and millions of shoppers and 58 comments.....I mean even if it was 1000 comments, millions upon millions of shoppers at CTC. Yeah, it's just that damn math thing.

Sure only because you say so. It's actually up to 86 comments with some pretty funny ones at that. Do your bikes come with a free ride in the ambulance? That would help those poor moms who pay out of pocket for sending injured kids to the hospital. No math their at all. Only winning judgments.

Yeah ... math can be tough for the Crappy People.

It's not like millions of people were surveyed, and only 58 had anything negative to say, LOL!

Or even that millions of people viewed Ellen's report.

Nice twist there, Crappy Mathematicians!

The story was read by some Canadian consumers, but not by all 34 million of them, lol.

And some of the Canadian consumers who read it, also chose to post comments.

Of those who posted comments, 74% were anti-Crappy Tire.

Many more have opinions, but didn't post a comment.

Many more have opinions, but didn't read the article.

But if the sample we see is any indication, at least 75% of Canadians have strong anit-Crapppy Tire views.

Simply polling Crappy Tire shoppers wouldn't give a true picture either, since this would miss the people who've decided to take there business elsewhere.

This echos what we saw on the facebook page for Crappy Tire, where the majority of consumer comments were also anti-Crappy Tire - on their own page, LOL!

What? No faker advocate comment on Ellens article? No glib remarks? You scared that the message is getting out there? A few comments came from self proclaimed " Canadian Tire die hard shoppers" who now shop elsewhere.

But it's ok, funny math is on your side.

Hmmmm....that's some interesting math. Let's say that in total there are over 1000 consumer complaints about CTC.
Now with over 180,000 shoppers at my store each year at my store alone, and multiply that across 500 stores (my store is actually small), I'm thinking that the vast vast majority just don't see it like you. I could be wrong, but the math and all.....nah. Then there's the other 600 sucks.com sites and multiple other consumer complaint blogs....not every business must be going out of business. Yeah, the math....it's just the math thing that has me skeptical....that damn math!

I know math is hard for you! But don't let it get in the way of more expansions in the US and more acquisitions. What's a few hundred million or a billion anyways? It doesn't even matter if those numbers are in the red, because it makes it stand out even better.

I for one, like Canadian Tires.

There's always room in their parking lots when I do my shopping at Walmart!

Ellen Roseman doesn't need to be a faker advocate....I'm sure she is well paid for her work as a columnist. She doesn't seem to be asking for donations like this site and 600 more sucks.com sites. And I've yet to see her advocate illegal activities either. Nope, just the anonymous faker advocates on here. Interesting.

Ummm, still perplexed by the math of it all. I was so swamped with the customer traffic today, that I'm down right ticketed out. When I left at 5:00, I already had $8200.00 more in sales than this day last year. Then again it was the first day of the new flyer, and the deals were smokin'. Yeah, that math thing was kinda going my way all day today. And I have to say, it felt good to help so many people meet their needs.
So back to the math....I had 83 customers through the tills before 10:00 a.m. (I open at 9). Just one small store, so I'm thinking that on this day alone 10's of thousands of customers will be helped. Yeah, that math just keeps jumping out....LOL!

So you agree with her then that crappys is bad to customers? Cool. Thanks. Mind if I park my car in your lot? I've got some shopping to do at Walmart.

Kind of far fetched as the economy is weak and has been weakening since March. But hey whatever floats your boat, magic numbers and all

You're speaking of the legitimate returns you're denying! After all, it does go towards your profit!

I do 30-50 returns almost every day....no problems at all. Lots of people understand the rules and follow them. Yep, there's that math again. I'm guessing it's the small minority that don't think before they buy.

The Crappy People still have some math troubles, I see.

They "do" x number of returns per day, huh?

What would be meaningful is how many customers are refused legitimate returns every day. No info. for that, I see. Not that we could trust this guy to be honest about that, LOL.

No, all we'll get is the Crappy Person's "guess". Gee, shouldn't they KNOW the percentage of their own customers who "didn't think before" they trusted Crappy Tire?

The best data we've seen in a while is the customer complaint comments to this blog: How to get a refund from Canadian Tire - moneyville.ca Blogs

We see about 80% of the comments are anti-Crappy Tire, and many of those (I haven't yet counted) are about problems with returns.

Here we see a classic example of the arrogance of the Crappy Tire people: faced with a public out-cry about their crappy polices, they once again take refuge in their favourite excuse:

It must be the customer's fault.

Nice try, Crappy People!

Nice try though. Is Canadian Tire still selling more bikes than any other retailer in Canada? Just asking. LOL.

Whoa...that just kills another CT lie that there was only "one bicycle incident". Yup another judgement for the plaintiff. So that makes it three incidents and two bicycle lawsuits, with two separate injuries requiring hospitalization! The poor poor parents who put the lives of their kids in your hands with TWO of these defective bikes. Only to hospitalize one of their kids on his first day of riding the bad bike. I wonder why they had to go to the trouble of including the bicycles CASH refunds in the lawsuit? Was it because the CT store owner wouldn't refund their money for the defective bikes, contravening Quebecs consumer legislation????

No glib remarks from CT full time defenders? I wonder what would happen if Madame et Messeurs Gagnon hired a personal injury lawyer and went to Civil court? Maybe even to Superior court? Hmmm. Yeah I thought so. I wonder how many other unsuspecting families purchased those defective bikes and how many other kids were hurt ?

It's so telling when employee's like CT_Manager and another CT employee warn others of buying those bikes!

I see lots and lots of joe public vs Canadian Tire in the Quebec public files. I wonder what's in the other provinces? Maybe I should take a look? Maybe I should also check the firms that have been successful against Canadian Tire. After all, consumer advocates are often accused of lying and being fake with information, even though we've posted many links to credible sites like provincial consumer legislation, consumer protection legal advocates, newspaper articles, news reports, consumer video sites etc.

Here's some information on the Quebec justice system.

The Court System

I'm sure we'll soon see a post like this soon enough:

"600 sucks sites, donate button in us pay-pal, we're all rich, you are loser 9-to-5ers, i made 6 million $ before I took a crap today, davidler is a faker advocate, ellen is a bitch"

Hey get it right! You forgot the mega mega billions, giver or take 1 it doesn't matter, 50000 stores, 500 mother ships, don't pass go, take more meds, and policies "close to" and "practically" the same like the others unless you point out the vast differences and poke more holes in their statements.

And don't forget that your drunken faker litigator wife will have to sew all your clothes for you out of flax you had to grow yourself because all the retailers were ruined by the unionized pot-smoking TTC workers.
